For DIY Kits, orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days, while Tutorial-only purchases are available for instant download immediately after checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales for finished pieces are final and non-refundable. However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can gladly make it right.

Returns for DIY Kits are accepted only if the package remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition, with buyers responsible for return shipping costs.

All digital tutorial PDF downloads are strictly non-refundable once purchased due to the digital nature of instant download.
